Cookbook & eating experience
Within 10 days in Civitella d’Agliano, a beautiful quaint village in the province of Viterbo in Italy, we were exploring the aesthetics of the local food. Guided by our intuition and senses only we were focusing on the haptic, appearance, taste and smell of the ingredients that we found on the local market. The result was the composition of a seven–course dinner for 40 people.
