Aesthetical perception and exploration of food and its haptic, appearance, taste and smell
10 days of experimental cooking in Civitella d’Agliano, a beautiful small village in the Province of Viterbo, Italy. Using our intuition and senses only we were experimenting with ingredients that we found on the local market. The result was the composition of a seven–course meal for 40 people. I documented the process and menu in this cookbook.
